Tuesday is Fish and Chip meal in this household .

Fish from Leeds Market ,and i do the chips .Big ,chunky golden brown .Crisp on the outside fluffy on the inside ,and just to make sure i test a few during the frying .

Only downside despite widows and door open .The house stinks of fry .
