Drying of wet mammals by body oscillation

They missed an important conclusion, notably the angular velocity increases in direct proportion to the proximity of the owner, which is achieved even if said owner is leggin' it fast down the beach.

I can't watch the video, but I presume this relates to: like Fido relieving himself of surplus liquid after having made the discovery that Cygnus olor and Canis familiaris are not mutually fertile?

In that case, I would add, the radius of discharge of said liquid increases in direct proportion to the proximity of total strangers (i.e. ourselves), and to the cleanliness and dryness of clothing worn by said strangers....

Have I got that right?

It's the video component of a mathematical study to quantify the relationship between body size and shaking frequency for efficient water dispersion in furry mammals.

They didn't cover proximity to strangers

WTF?

Have you considered spanking the monkey in the shower to get rid of the dirty water Pete?

Yes for some reason the proximity variable was not accounted for or even mentioned.

It's only a model. By the way, has this paper been peer-reviewed?

I was thinking more of a leisurely walk on Ditchling Common, round the pond. I'm sure you're right, but methinks that sort of thing will get you locked up in Burgess Hill...
