Hi everyone
for a great many reasons I have been away from CC for a while, but an now back from time to time
If anyone is interested I have just written up my Easter 2010
tour to the south west of Ireland on CGOAB entitled "Grin and Beara it"

The cycling was fantastic and I would heartily recommend it
