EST showing as GMT -5 but as we are in British summer time in the UK I think you should add 1 hour on to your time ie 6:22 am

So I would say the answer is 2 pm UK time

If you use Firefox, Foxclocks is your friend. Select the cities you want, and then you just mouse-over the globe in the status bar at the bottom. no need to even click anything.

OT (should be ok, I think zimzum has his answer)

Just had a quick look at foxclocks and it's had 3,824,716 downloads and there's a suggested $4 donation to download. I wonder how many folk do actually donate anything. If say even only 5% gave a $1 that would still be a lot of cash!

Maybe it pays to speak geek.

I doubt it's 5%, probably more like 1%, but I did - well worth it. I regularly deal with a couple of other countries, and also travel a fair bit, so having the cities I need in so convenient a form is brilliant.
