Can you help me please I brought a second-hand ecosmos folding bike that looked like it needed a service as was stiff and only one brake was working. I pumped up the tyres and cycled it home. I noticed on the cycle home that the handlebars were moving so I delegated the service to my neighbour who is pretty handy mechanically when he dismantled bits he discovered that the headset bearing were knackered and that it had caused damage to the aluminium fork stem. Please see pictures. Can anyone tell me where the headset bearings can be brought for the Ecosmos high speed folding bike (7 gears) and what can be done if anything to remedy the indentation to the fork stem

I can't make an inspection from the photos but assuming only the bearings are bad, take them to a bike shop to match the sides and replace them. Be sure to grease them thoroughly.

There's quite a bit of wear damage to the stem, so I'd also recommend trashing that bit and buying a new fork. If you don't, you'll wind up in intensive care... I honestly believe you should have passed on this purchase.
