edge 200 quick help

got a gamin edge 200 today
can you switch from courses to the normal ride screen without having to start a new ride.

i was following a course (awesome feature was really easy). half way through i decided to take a detour and wanted to just use the normal screen with odometer etc. i stopped the ride. saved and started a ride. is there a way to change modes without stopping?

any help is appreciated.

I found out today if you press the history button (left side bottom) the first press will give you lap(s) second press will give you the odometer screen

with the 305 you just press the mode button to swap screens, I guess the 200 will be similar.
