hi all thought i would start by saying hi to everyone im Chris i been cycling for a few years i live in Norwich i will be doing the Norwich 50 Mile bike ride tomorrow. was ment to be doing the 100 this year but after acdent a little while ago found it hard to get back up on the bike but im now back up and readdy to give do the 50 mile (AGAIN) done it last year in 3hrs:15min's hoping this year to do it in less but dont know as im still recoving for what happened, so if anyone is around tomorrow and see me on my green and black GT bike come and say hi i dont bite
