Embarrasing moments

Happily cycling along this evening minding my own business well thought i was paying attention to the road ahead when i stumbled across an oversised pot hole !apart from the shock of that going through my wrists arms and whole body. My clip on light on the handlebars which id usually leave at home at that time of day but forgot to take off shot out of the clip and cracked me square on the nose it hit me like a flippin bullet i then spent the next 15 minutes trying to find the little projectile and batteries. This biking thing is dangerous

Not me, but a friend.
Exited the pub in a state of advanced refreshment, held bike upright and leaped into the saddle.
Missed by a mile, landed in a heap on the other side of the bike, which then fell on him.
And I nearly dislocated a lung laughing.

Same bloke, we were riding back from a beer festival, also in a state of extreme cognitive dysfunction.
Went round a bend in the middle of the road, and was nearly hit by an oncoming vehicle.
A well lit and surprisingly noisy vehicle.
We nearly got killed by an ambulance!!
