Entry level women's road bike/hybrid 48-51cm frame size

My girlfriend is after a road bike or hybrid to get into road cycling. She's 5'4 so I figure something between a 48cm and 51cm frame would be appropriate. Budget of around £200 - anyone got anything suitable?

Before everyone else says it, can you not stretch the budget to £300 and go for a Triban?

Yes, that was my first suggestion along with the Btwin hybrid, but I figured it couldn't hurt to also put a wanted ad up and see if anything a bit cheaper comes up before she goes for a Triban.

I'm about to put up a Giant OCR3 for sale in a small size, fitted my lad when he was around that tall.

Shimano nine speed, 167.5mm cranks, and 38cm bars.
