Ok...
There have been a lot of threads all about lights. Without knowing what you will use them for, lit streets, off roading, unlit country lanes etc, and what your budget is, recommendations will be meaningless.
However, on the pump front, I use a Topeak Joe Blow II track pump at home. It also launches water rockets rather well.
