Definately not mine, but couldnt resist getting a piccy of this one in Benidorm.....

Definately home made or modified. The twisted chrome frame was welded 'adequately' but rust was visible where he'd used mild steel mig wire.
A very good effort, and i could only wonder how someone worked out that front suspension.
Size isnt obvious in the photo...an adult / teenagers bike.

It's very likely to be a bone stock bike, 20" wheels with a 16" 'continental kit'.

Thanks for the link mickle

I must admit, i came to the conclusion it was a mod or home made cos of the poor welding, particually where the 2 curved tubes meets the downtube. T'were rusting, where either the wrong welding material had been used, or the chrome plate has come off.....doesnt really show in the pic, but it was right scabby. That took my eye so much, i didnt reallly study the rest.

Anyways...wierd, but nice bike. Would i want one......no
