Essex Bike Shops

Hi,

Could anyone recommend any bike shops in Essex that have a decent stock of mountain bikes. I am looking for his and hers hardtail in the £1000 to £1500 range and would like to compare a few different brands.

Not Essex per se Ii.e. in Norfolk), but Paulscycles do lots and have some good deals on older models

If you want to go into London, the Giant store at St Paul's has LOTS of bikes (all Giant) - there's a big Cyclesurgery, Evans etc not far away either at Spitalfields for all other brands

Their's an Evans and a Decathlon store almost opposite at Lakeside.

Cycles UK seem to get reasonable press (although it probably varies by branch), are across Essex and sell a few brands
