(Evans) Lakes rides route

Have any of you guys out there in CC land done any of the Evans Rides in the Lakes?

If so do you have any route information? Either for the road route or MTB route.

I've never done it, but the road one goes down the East side of Coniston Water, zig zags about past Esthwaite to Ambleside, over Dunmail for a circuit of Thirlmere, then back to Coniston via Elterwater.
