Sorry I don't have one but I'm pretty sure I remember my family using a similar one in the early 1980s so they may have still been made much later.

It was a joke, but nonetheless I am surprised to see them still out there. I have seen photos of me in one as a young kid - no lap belt, as I was standing up at the time posing for the camera.
