After spending a couple of hours browsing the forum at the weekend I noted how friendly & helpful you all seem so thought I'd come on board.

I've been cycling just over a year now, around 30-40 miles a week, on a Specialized hybrid & have to say I thoroughly enjoy the freedom, fresh air & exercise it gives me.(living on the edge of the New Forest is an added bonus!)

Please excuse any "newbie" questions I may ask but I also hope to be able to contribute with some of my limited knowledge.
