I've recently started group riding with a club, and fortunately so far I've been able to use the best bike in the dry weather.
This Sunday was a bit drizzly however, and it got me thinking about tucking the carbon away for the winter and using the winter/commuter/tourer machine for the club rides instead. Obviously I've only needed the standard full-length SKS guards for my solo commute (pic attached), but I'm aware that for group riding in the wet I will need an extension on my rear guard to keep the spray down.
Now is this something I can buy - possibly a ready made SKS adapter out there -, or do I need to make something myself (Blue Peter stylee) out of bits of old rabbit hutch, a kitchen roll tube, and some sticky back plastic?
