Does any forum member have, or have used one of these trailers that are made in Poland?
I like the concept of a single wheel trailer but I've always thought that the load slung between the wheel of the Bob Yak and the rear wheel of the towing bicycle must put a big stress on the towing bicycles rear wheel. Looking at the Extrawheel it looks like more of the load is balanced on the trailers axle and should have less affect on the bikes handling. Am I making any sense here?
The new Extrawheel trailer has a pannier rack built into the design, a big improvement over the string bag system of earlier designs, in my opinion.
What I really like though, is the option of using a wheel of the same size as the towing bicycle.
