And for my birthday in January I would love to get a pair of unclotted lungs and a heart with a nice steady rhythm.

Those are gifts that I would really appreciate in my current circumstances. I'm afraid that my usual fantasy gift of a titanium audax/light touring bike wouldn't get much use otherwise, but you can chuck that in as a bonus present once you have sorted out the other matters - cheers!
