Farewell to The Indy...

It was. So was I. I feel for it from the off, and it, and the paper, have been my touchstone over the years.

But all things must pass, and today's is the final printed edition. I have a subscription to the digital edition, have done for months, but it isn't the same and the digital version is awful compared to, say, the Guardian's.

So weekends will now be the oh-so-earnest Grauniad on Saturdays and the Sunday Times on Sunday to keep informed as to what our psychopathic Tory "betters" are up, and aspiring, to.
