Faster forums

I've had a server module installed that speeds up the forums.

The difference will hopefully be noticable, but let me know if you come across any problems.

It seems to be working well for me think its a little faster too . Just want to say what great place this is iv had lots of help with lots of help from loads of very helpful ppl this past week really glad i found and joined . Thank you .
