Worth getting the bigger bike or would the 5cm suffice?

You might find a 5cm a little small

The carbon model was too tempting so the credit card got a hammering and changed my order to the Scultura 904 instead!

I think you have made a good choice - as an old fogey I really appreciate the extra comfort that carbon frames bring to the party.

And they are just as nippy.

I wouldn't ride it till spring though
