I have used it, they kept saying it had been fixed and it hadn't, it was eventually after about a year though.

Has anyone used the 'fill that hole' website and did you get a result?
I saw a bad hole in the road this morning on my commute. Maybe quicker to ring the council [?].

I find it works pretty well. The relevant authority is notified pretty much immediately once you've filled in the details on the website plus you get emailed a link (useful if you want to follow up later).

Have used the website before with some excellent results - though not quite days as above, except for one massive hole on an accident black spot corner... also just come across this https://itunes.apple.com/gb/app/fill-that-hole/id387883097?mt=8 for those who have an iPhone - CTC's fill that hole iPhone app (new version) which I shall be trying out over the next few days because there are some really nasty ones around here - as I am sure there are up and down the country as a whole. OK could not resist it.

I live in Dumfries & Galloway and was very impressed when the hole I reported was filled within a week of making the report. The holes I've reported since haven't been touched. I'm sure it isn't just a coincidence that the first one was reported shortly before the Olympic torch passed through the area. There was a picture in the local paper of the torch carrier passing over the exact spot where the hole was repaired.

i've used it with mixed results. sadly the repairs usually only last a few weeks
