Very nice, but why did he fall off, nothing very obvious other than the well aimed rocket which surely would only have caused a wobble..

Why did he fall off?
Did he hit the cyclist in front?
The cyclist in front braked sharply when the van in front started indicating left.
The guy behind saw the scooter starting to brake, swerved across but due to the cyclist not having a brake light he didn't notice he was stopping and went into the back of him.
I think he preempted the collision and clipped out well before he needed to. Perhaps loosing a bit of control in the process but it certainly helped his fall.
