F'ing Crank Bearings

Just ranting !!!!!! I replaced my crank bearings (9 bearing caged 2" diameter) around 100 miles ago. I returned from a ride today to discover that they have disintegrated again. OK so they were only £2.50 for the pair but I'm damn sure they should have lasted longer than that. I made a point of getting then from a LBS rather than Halfrauds or such as well

No need for the honest. I have a very old MTB bike (well circa 1990's) that I use mainly for road and trail work.

I'll raise you both and see you for an unidentified tinkling from the back wheel. Makes me feel like The Cincinnatti Kid.

Best guess loose spoke or bearings need greasing, replacing. BTW I'll take the tinkling over the grinding
