first 30 miler in a year

after being under doctors orders not to ride a bike since last october, and recently given the all clear, did my first 30 miler today for ages. did the market harborough to northampton old railway track, 15 miles each way. part of national cycle route 6. lovely pub at the northampton end to refresh at half way
