First class Chevin Cycles

Ordered a Charge Spoon saddle by phone yesterday.Picked it up this morning .So with time to kill .I had a shufty around the bikes .

The Trek display had to my surprise quite a few 60 and 62cm bikes made up .


I think a big well done should go to CHEVIN CYCLES for giving us larger cyclists a chance to see and sit on bikes we may want to buy .Rather than having to guess .

I had to reply to this as I had completely the opposite
experience in Chevin Cycles Otley,
I asked about bikes for my 2 boy's and was virtually ignored
and got a bored look from one of the girls who works there
who looked pained to look us up a price
It's a pity Chevin Cycles service doesn't match it's range of bikes on display
I referred them to a friend of mine 6 months ago
who had £1000.00 ready to buy a mountain bike, his report was that
the so called salesman he spoke to was not friendly and again
reluctant to help, hence they lost the £1000.00 sale and mine too.

I've had good and bad experiences in there. There's at least one very helpful guy who works there who goes out of his way to provide assistance and if I ever open my own shop, he's the type of worker I'll poach. On the other side of the coin though, there's more than one person who works there who'll ignore you and be as helpful as someone who only speaks Bulgarian.
