First clipless moment of the year!

I had a moment, just outside Debenhams in Oxford during busy shopping hours, first in a line of about 7 cyclists too! VERY embarrassing lol!

Mine happened a few months ago when I was waiting for a motorist to turn right on the opposite side of the road- they were hesitating and I was hesistating - They turned at the lastminute and I didn't have enough time to unclip; lost my balance and scraped my knee on a awkward fall- got asked by the driver behind me if I was alright...hahah you've got to laugh at these things!

Same as nearly had a moment last sunday,for some reason slowed up at a junction and totally forgot i was clipped in...........just as i started to go in slow motion I managed to unclip PHEW

I had my first one for a while on Saturday, foot clipped in the right pedal foot on left unclipped don’t know why or how but for some reason it leaned to the right then the oh shoot thought runs through your head then bang on the floor you go.

Luckily no one about, but still felt a dick

Well..... it happened. just not in the way I expected it to.

stamped in to eggbeaters - rode off in to the Kent hills, pulled up with my right foot and WAHEY that's my left knee hitting my chin!

The adaptor plate that you have to use with Crank Bro's cleats sheared around the cleat leaving the cleat on the eggbeater and a neat hole in the adaptor plate.

I have a cracking bruise on my chin and I must have looked a right twat!

And i had to walk home like a lass with a broken heel but not as attractive
