So about 1/2 a mile from work a white transit van overtakes me. Nothing remarkable about the overtake, I didn't think that it was too close or in too stupid a place. I cycle up the drive to work and the same van is stopped at the security lodge giving his details to the security man with a few cars behind him waiting. I filter past them all and carry on. Shortly afterwards the white van man overtakes me and immediately turns left in front of me and down the road towards the warehouse. I confess to waving my arm at this juncture as he nearly had me off. I decided as this was on works property I would make a complaint about his driving to the senior manager in charge of facilities.
I've heard that the driver has been spoken to by the warehouse manager, I don't know whether this is as a result of my complaint or because the warehouse manager was in the car behind and saw the incident. Either way I feel vindicated to some extent. What an idiot.
