First ride for a month

Many years ago I had a prolapsed disc and although I'm OK 90% of the time it does occasionally cause problems. My back went into spasm beginning of last month and I haven't been able to ride.

Today was my first ride back and it was p*****g down most of my journey and the traffic was pretty crap and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
