first ride of the new year.

yep, I know its late but I've been laid up on and off over Xmas and missed all of the big event rides over the holidays...a tour of London care of the Fridays, a wet ride to Westerham and Downe, a sunny new years day ride through Kent, I missed them all. My chest infection has left me short of breath and coughing badly every time I try for a big gulp of air.

Finally today as I swallowed my last Antibiotic of the course, I decided I'd give it a go.

Fantastic, I've really missed riding, I felt surprisingly strong and fast and the dry road made it all the more enjoyable.

Its good to be back.
