First road bike WANTED 54cm

Hi everyone, I'm looking for my first bike. I was going to get a giant defy 2 in the sales as I've been offered a good price on finance.

I have £200 which was going to be a deposit, so I just thought I'd try my luck and see if anyone is selling their unwanted road bike that's been stuck in their garage!

I don't mind if it's a few years old or having to travel 50 miles or so to collect it, I'm based in Bradford, west Yorkshire.

I've been warned to stay clear of bikes that retail up to £500.

So up to £200 cash is waiting. Please contact me!

Hi! What's ols? I prefer the modern looking bikes.

I've just read on other threads that bikes under £500 should be avoided.

But I'm totally new to this! This will be my first bike

Triban 3 is well under £500 and a great bike.

Ah! I had my Carrera Virtuoso available for under £200. But that was sold today.

My suggestions: Triban 3.

Also, the Raleigh Airlite 100's on offer at the moment. I've just got one.

But I'd still choose the Triban 3.
