First snow of winter

Yikes! I noticed that the top of Tinto had a covering of snow at the top today and now there are some snow flakes / sleet coming down at the moment. Any where you are?

According to Mrs A there was snow in York a few days ago. Very early in the morning.

We had a light dusting on Tuesday morning but it ddn't last long. It was very cold though.

There was a light dusting in Leeds on 27th of last month

We had flakes coming down Friday last week but nothing settled

We had a fair bit last Friday (Northumberland) but it was gone by Sun morning

We had a good cevering on Friday which lasted over into Saturday then disappeared...but there is a lot of snow covering the hills just a few miles up from us.

Couldn't get the car up the hill at the back of our village on Saturday morning due to the snow! It is 1 in 4 mind!

Could have been some bits of sleet in my front beam when I rode back last night.
