Just done my first 30 miler well 49kms actually.. but what a great feeling and I'm suprised how well I felt at the end.. I did it in 2hrs 10 mins but I do live in the mountains so I'm dead chuffed as I've only had the new bike just over a week and riding just over 3 weeks in all.. aint worked out my average yet, but looking forward to another ride as soon as.
I'm glad I starting biking.. :becool:

Congrats on the ride. The scenery must be impressive on your rides even if it makes it a bit harder!

That sounds very impressive for the time you have been riding. What's your secret? I seem to be stuck on an average of not much over 12mph  Mind you, I am a 53 year old menopausal woman! ^_^
