Fitting 11 speed MTB cassette on a 11 speed Road hub

Can anyone advise me on what spacer I would need to fit an 11 speed MTB cassette on a 11 speed Road hub?

I think you are right having read even more about it after posting, it's a 1.85mm

Am I missing something here - is there a difference in width in an Mtb versus road cassette. Indeed, is there even such a thing as a road or an Mtb cassette, surely it is just ratios?
