I had a Focus Cayo Pro for a couple of years until I had an issue with the frame, although it was covered by warranty.
Focus replaced it without question but the Cayo wasn't available at the time for some reason and they replaced it, (with my consent) with an Izalco frameset.
The frame looked great but was sadly a touch too small for me, but I'd already fell out of love with carbon frames by this stage, (also had a carbon Focus MTB that had a frame replaced as well), so I simply sold it and moved on.
So I've had three Focus bikes and two of them have had frames replaced under warranty. This won't be everyone's experience, but it is mine.
I should add that this was at a time when Focus were exclusive to
Wiggle, and that meant the warranty process was long winded as Wiggle had to send the frames back to Germany, but the process may be quicker now IDK.
