Foods that shouldn’t work together….

I was on a boat in Holland for a short cruise, and one evening the main course of the evening meal was a sort of shepherd's pie.

We were told it contained lamb, cabbage and pineapple. Lots of people were obviously not hungry and did not even try it. I tried it, and really liked it, and even had a second portion.

Green curry with sultanas reminds me of the ones I had as a kid. They weren't a favourite.

the only time I like dried fruit is when combined with not salted nuts

The mash on my cottage pie is made from parsnip & cannellini beans, no potato in it.
