Touch it up and ride it

i am selling my unnown parentage racer to make room for another known bike . spec is as follows
23" lugged steel frame might be reynolds wieghs in at 13kg or 28lbs so not to heavy. paintwork was stripped when i got it last year and still is , so untidy scruffy to look at ideal station/pub or turbo bike.
12 sp with braze on simplex down tube shifters , band on sach huret fr changer direct mount to frame shimano altus rear deraileur that all works via a very small gear set.
wieman 500 side pull brakes and matching levers.
700 c rigida rush alloy rims 36 spoke laced on to small plessier q/r hubs dating from the 80's
shimano biopace crank set with 170 arms and sp 200 alloy pedals with old toe clips and straps
ttt 110 mm stem and matching bars with hidden cables .
this bike has served me well and will be missed
no visable markings to help identify make or model , ideally would prefer buyer to see bike in the skin due to its appearance .
but happy to courier it for an extra £25 .
