I am in the process of buying my first road bike. Previously I have owned a Boardman Hybrid Comp. The reason is that I am doing a 70.3 ironman later this year and so need something decent to get around the 55 mile part of the course.
My friend has recommended spending around £1000 and looking for a discounted Carbon bike on Wiggle or Chain Reaction Cycles.
I have come across the Forme Reflex Road Bike 2011 which is currently on offer. Having had no experience of road bikes before and having not heard of Forme I am a little reluctant to go and buy it online although it does have good reviews.
Are there any Forme Reflex owners on this forum who can give some feedback on the bike? It would be great to hear some feedback both positive and negative. Would people recommend this bike or should I be looking at a different bike for this price range? Any horror stories about this bike?
