I wanted to show someone what my bike looked like the other day and so put the make and model in a Google image search bar. Imagine my surprise when I found not one, but two photos of my actual bike! I then tried with another bike I own. Ten of my photos on the page.

Go on, try it!

Both mine are on the top ½ of the first results page

Yep, my hybrid is the second image on the page and bizzarley my Zaskar is a couple of images across.

However, if I google the Zaskar MTB it is the second hit as a thread but doesn't even feature in the 1st page of the images search. The images are swamped with American hits and makes me feel queasy as there are some FUGLY Zaskars' out there

Try searching your forum name as well, that's even more scary

Couldn't see my Planet X but the Genesis is on the 3rd row of pics on the 1st page

There's around twelve pictures of my Woodrup Chimera including pictures of the frame being made on Google. It only makes one appearance on Bing.

Next, test the search engine speed. Post a photo of your bike and call it something else in the post. See how long it takes to appear.

I looked for my Nomad but all I could find was @SatNavSaysStraightOn 's bike propped up by her crutch

Found my husband's bike in Lithuania first though before mine with the crutch!

Try searching your forum name as well, that's even more scary
