Try pickled garlic! Back in the days I had an allotment, kids used to eat a jar like it was sweeties!

I've tried them along with pickled chillies. The garlic was a tad too sweet and the chillies were incendiary. They are best left in the jar until they are called for ina

Well done, losing weight is a major achievement.

To the guy that mentioned Subway, not a lot wrong with them if you compared them with almost anything else fast food wise.

Nothing wrong with Subway, but as with anything you just need to pick the right ones. The plain ham or ham & turkey on wheat bread loaded with salad (no cheese and if you're gonna have dressing then plain deli mustard. Nom nom nom.

Well done Vernon that's amazing weight loss.

I'm working on mine too and thought I had good progress with 6 1/2 KG in 4 weeks, so far just with diet and extra walking an stairs instead of lifts. Can't wait to get my new bike and back to regular exercise. 16-18 mile round trip commute should help.
