It's a blue Peugeot steel step-through MTB frame from about '95. It's about 46cm size (centre of BB to top of seatpost). Has various bosses and braze-ons (canti brakes, bottle, cable stops etc). Once had 26in wheels on. Probably would be fine with 24s too. It doesn't feel particularly heavy, or miraculously light.
Is in pretty good condition for its age with only the most superficial of rust as far as I can see and nice clean bottom bracket shell and chainstays. So it would be a shame to throw out if it would make a nice project for someone.
