frame size ????

ive been offered a condor tempo which is bigger then I normally ride,but the tube lengths are the same as my moser but taller head tube. I can get the bars and saddle exactly the same and still have plenty of room over the top tube so would this be ok or am I missing something

Sounds like it’ll be ok. Just more upright maybe

I've put a tape measure to my moser and the bars will be the same height but less spacers
