Frame that takes 1 1/4-1 1/8 tapered forks

I'm looking to build up a better winter bike... so far I have everything but the frame.

The forks are isaac pascal (2008 model?) tapered from 1 1/4 to 1 1/8. I'm looking out for 2nd hand aluminium frames which will take these forks.

So far I have only found Giant (could keep an eye out for giant defy) and Kuota frames
