Perhaps he might start driving more carefully within the speed limits in a more sensible car.... no, didn't think so either.

If he can afford to run a Bentley he can afford to hire a driver/taxi fees. What exceptional hardship?

Not impressed!

He couldn't get a banned because he needed to make phone calls while driving? Bizarre. He he wanted to make detailed phone calls while in transit, he should have been required to have a driver.

As for Flintoff ....
After retiring for 20 minutes to consider the sentence, David Johnson, chair of the bench, said: "Because of your position, the fact that you are well known, clearly the impact has to be on others, more than you yourself."

Shouldn't this make it more important he stick to the rules? You, know, as he is well known etc, then shouldn't the make an example of him? (those question are both rhetorical)

Putting to one side the rights or wrongs, I'm always genuinely baffled by people who, knowing they already have 9 points, speed up to 87MPH. We all know Freddie's no intellectual, but that's way past dumb, isn't it?

See also people who wail about how losing their licence would mean they would lose their job.
If it was that important to you, you should have driven more cautiously.
