and the fine citizens of Glasgow will make free use of these bikes although some may use them for a lot longer than the artist intended! It looks like this chap got a grant to abandon 50 bikes around the city (£20k). If I find one and take it to the police station will I get a reward or get to keep it after 6 months if not claimed.

and the Pope is an atheist.

Being an atheist is the least of his worries

The Provos must have been amongst the first to see through that illusory dream that most of our western cities have been built around.

This must have been tried before. I'm sure I've seen Provos spray painted on some walls...

Brilliant. This is in fact an undercover experiement to determine the half life of unchained bikes on the streets of Glasgow. By spending hours calculating this using detailed calculations (way abuv yoos guys heeds) I have determined the half life to be 36.43 mins. Unless of course they put them out just at the start of a Celtic and Rangers Game kick off. Then I predict that all of the bikes will vanish at exactly 90.23 minutes.

Aint I a jeenius!
