Sorry @PeteXXX thought I'd messaged, yes it arrived but I've not had cuase to use it yet. Hopefully it'll do the trick as I was more thinking a soft cycling cap rather than a baseball cap, need to see if it and my hair will fit in the helmet!!

I lost my Peugeot one around the wonderfully named Arnac-la-Poste* somewhere, if you want to have a look for it. You could visit the Musée de Vélo whilst there too. And there's a decent enough boulangerie there as well, I can recommend their pain aux raisins.
