Free legal advise

Hi

Cut a long story short...... so far so good, Ive managed getting me a court date with papers to serve to the respondent, of what needs posting ASAP (Family Law)

I've no soliciter/brief, so doing this all on my own due to being skint

Ive come to a absolute wall, havent got a clue what to do next :/

Used it when I met the brick wall that was the local police when I got hit. Worth a try, but from memory you'll have more than one answer and you get to choose before paying.
Not certain if that last part still holds true. But it cost nothing to find out.

Which magazine have a legal advice service, iirc it is only a few quid to join and you can speak one to one with a solicitor specialising in the area of law you require advice about.

This. Some years ago (so might not happen these days) my local CAB offered a "free talk to a solicitor" session as well as their usual advice.
