Its a bit overcast here. Trip to doctors this morning for a review though I’m not sure what they are reviewing as I’m not on any treatment. Later will be bike ride and I might even clean the bike as well as we got a letter from Yorkshire water saying we are priority customers and the hosepipe ban doesn’t apply to us.😀

2nd unpleasant night with swollen face and ear throbbing, maxed out on ibuprofen.
GPs this morning, saw nurse practices, basically pointed at the side of my face and explained symptoms. She then just prescribed antibiotics and my choice of analgesics!
Sinutis, initially viral but now probably bacterial.
Seems to be improving at last today.

Anyway, pretty overcast here.
Opened some of my birthday presents from last week (we were away) one deserves special mention- fancy box with 2 large packs of coffee beans and 4 espresso cup - one green, one yellow , one spotted and one with rainbow rings! Excellent!

Feeling slightly less jeffed today though still rather wobbly. I've had GA procedures before and yes I've read the scripts re before prep and after effects possible. Never felt quite so xxxxed previously though, has always been yeah rock on. Oh well, what goes around etc etc.

Means I won't be doing much at all today. But let's see if I don't need another 4 hour afternoon doze, which would be progress.
