Another warm one here. Just finishing my second coffee, then it will get ready and ride to meet my old climbing partner who lives out here. If it not too scorchio I might do a few more miles after that.

The cold is finally subsiding, longest one I've i had for a long time, obviously a very successful virus!
Off over West to led daughter no 1 a bit of a hand with the garden, OH off on ladies bike ride.

From my viewpoint looking south over the Pentlands I find that encouraging, yet hard to believe.
Am experimenting in caffeine and breakfast before running, although that might just result in caffeine and breakfast.....before a 2nd breakfast.

Finished with my last ever graduation yesterday. Although there were two in the end as they had a separate presentation/swearing in for the vets straight afterwards. Then to the vet campus on the Wirral for drinks - Prosecco, seemed to be the only thing on offer. Then back into Liverpool for dinner at a restaurant on the waterside. Junior enjoyed her day, which was what mattered.

Back to the subtropical South East later this morning.

Tired after a decent night running in the mountains. Today is meeting heavy, hopefully see the wife as we haven’t seen each other for more than 30 mins since last week.

Morning all. Easy day today looking after the OH plus the Mutt and 2 youngest grandson's. Might be a ride out to local trail centre with them later. Both grandson's bike skills are coming on great especially the youngest. Weathers a bit hit and missas its blustery sunny with odd shower if weather man to be believed.
