Dinner at parents tonight but with small people in attendance so we might get an early night.

Got dragged out first thing to go food shopping. Need to do some exercise but I literally have a pain in the ass. Well my right buttock.

Cured by some simple, regular, verbal exercises, including phrases like " I'll get this" and " what are you drinking?"
Frequent and creative phrases of generosity have been found to improve the condition.
Do bear in mind that I am not qualified and am only licensed to be on Earth because it's where I can do least damage to my home galaxy.
